having a bad head ache---probably heading towards a sinusitis infection...
the symptoms are very clear and the history too
started of with a cough and cold
developed..phlegm
i used to associate protoplasm with phlegm when we were in school learning about cell structure.
now the phlegm seems to have got caught in the crevices of the bone above the head and is inflamed.
this gives me a mild headache throughout the day.
